RJ: Maybe you should try West Virginia this time (Whittaker's home state.) Besides, WV has Hot Lotto . I doubt the Hoosier Lottery will replace its defunct MAX 5 with Hot Lotto .

If the Powerball jackpot is not won this weekend, it will be time for people like myself and former winner Mr. Whittaker to buy some tickets as we don't play until the jackpot exceeds $100M.
