I checked out this site and it says 1,000 member syndicate. If they win a big jackpot, they still won't win anything because everything is divided by 1,000. So if they won $10,000.00, the members would get a kool $10.00 each but after processing fee of $7.50 and postage and handling fee of $2.49, the winners would have a WHOOPING 1 cent to spend.
