			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Win$mith........kool use of the dollar sign!    A few of the Pick 3 software creation people will tell you that their software doesn&#x27;t work in CA. Thats  because the draws are Computer generated. That means you might turn to more standard methods. If you do .....it might be better to keep them separate. If you end up using some sort of mathematical averages in trying to achieve a pattern or frequency rate...... it might be confusing later on.
