			<description><![CDATA[<p>I read about a similiar case a few years ago concerning a state lottery where I think there were 3 winning tickets and one went unclaimed.  The decision in that case was that each ticket won a potion of the jackpot and each ticket holder was only due 1/3 of the jackpot, because that situation was covered in the rules of the games.  I would bet that the Powerball game have a rule to cover that situation also.RJOh</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just a thought:What happens when one ticket wins the jackpot?  They get the whole amount.What happens when more than one ticket wins the jackpot?  They share the amount.If a winning ticket is not claimed....is it really a winning ticket then?So what I was thinking if 2 tickets were sold for a drawing and one was claimed and the other one expired....what would be wrong with that one person that claimed the only  jackpot given  ticket the entire amount?
