Through the clever experimentation of the crafty Lottery Post family, it turns out that each IP address can vote twice a day (as Lucky mentioned in his message) -- once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. Also, dial-up users can vote more than once by hanging up the connection and reconnecting - which normally assigns a new IP address.
