Now I am curious.I agree with RJOh of course. But maybe you could rephrase the question once again. 21%of 61 is 63.36% is not really clear and seems to be different then the original the percent of 21 into 61 which I think was nicely answered by 21 is 34.4% of 61 = 21/61 .

21 is 34.4% of 61 = 21/6161 is 196.8% of 21 =61/2121% of 61 is 12.81 =.21x61It all depends on what you are asking.RJOh
