Good advise for those who want too invest there moneybut for people who have other plans taking the Annuity would be just as good as taking Cash.I have a different plan that will make me more money than investing it likeLump Summers would do.

If you have the the choice between annuity or one time cash payment, In my opinion.... take the cash..why? You take a one time tax hit in the beginning. You then get to make the money work for you immediately, by investing etc...

NY lotto jackpot is $33M for tonite's draw. NY gives you the option of taking ANNUITY or cash. However, it should be the retailers responsibility to ask you before you buy the tickets. However, in MANY cases I've heard from players that they will AUTOMATICALLY give you the cash option IF you don't say anything. this is appalling! they assume you'll take cash. This is wrong.
