I see your point that the previous two were $2 million cash, which of course is worth more than $100,000/yr in 20 payments. However, it probably means the  lower  prizes pay better in the new game.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am kind of depressed.  This time the $2,000,000 top prize in the game is given as a 20 year annuity.  First time this has happened:(.  You are still allowed to collect the lump sum though.  But why did they start doing this for.  The last 2 $2,000,000 top prizes were paid in full.  Ticket is pretty fun though.  Bought one tonight.  Lots to do on it!Brad</p>]]></description>
