			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m not sure what you&#x27;re doing on your PC (or what version of Excel you&#x27;re attempting to load), but something is definitely amiss!  Share.exe was an old DOS program used so that more than one program could access a file at once.  It has not been in use from Windows 95 on (the operating system directly supports file sharing from Win 95 and later).  My guess is that you&#x27;re attempting to load an extremely OLD version of Excel onto your PC.
