I'm not sure what you're doing on your PC (or what version of Excel you're attempting to load), but something is definitely amiss! Share.exe was an old DOS program used so that more than one program could access a file at once. It has not been in use from Windows 95 on (the operating system directly supports file sharing from Win 95 and later). My guess is that you're attempting to load an extremely OLD version of Excel onto your PC. It probably isn't compatible with Win 98.... [ More ]
