			<description><![CDATA[<p>At the request of a fellow forum member I would like to elaborate more on the definition of my term  Virgin .  Here in NY there used to be a lottery magazine called Winning Numbers. Some of the old columnist&#x27;s included Stan Rose, Gail Howard, Ernie (deceased) Ken Dickkerson and so on.....  The term that I picked up on and many NY players back in the early 80&#x27;s when NY started their numbers game was the Virgin configuration.
