			<description><![CDATA[<p>Jeeves:You live in Jersey, like Todd does, correct? In New Jersey you choose AFTER you win, be it MM or Pick-6 Lotto. AFAIK all your scratch games are either automatically lump sum, or have a cash option (with the exception of any  Win for Life -type games.)Here in NY, you still have to choose _when_ you play, even on MM (Lotto 6/59 you should avoid anyway, terrible prize return). Most of our high-end scratch games pay in 20 annual payments, NO cash option.Sorry I keep bringing this up, but, if</p>]]></description>
