			<description><![CDATA[<p>pari-mutual.  What do you guys think of that?  Basically they tell you on their website not to play triples because the fact that a lot of people play them and your prize would be small.  They tell you to instead play numbers that a lot of people don&#x27;t play.  What would those be?  Anyway...prizes are different for every drawing.  Sometimes it might be over the prizes other states see and sometimes lower.  And one more thing.....why is there only about 1,000 winners a drawing?
