			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Higby, I have used both the Pick 3 and the Pick 4  from the Lottery Connection better known now as   The Lottery Prediction Tool  and I can attest to the fact that  it really works. I had the winning number Saturday 4/19/03  4377  boxed and straight/boxed for $400.00 and $2700.00 for a total of $3100.00 !!  The most I have ever won. I will be using the pick 5 tonight and I expect to win something with that too.
