I don't think CASH is better and I don't think ANNUITY is a better choice I think they both are GOOD options and it depends on the PLAYERS situation or preference as too which one he selects.No one should try too persuade someone from choosing one or the other just because they think CASH is better or ANNUITY is better.They should just offer advice if they have relevant or important information too share.

Todd:I would welcome an _intelligent_ debate over the cash vs annuity issue.If someone believes annuity is better because you can't spend it all in one place , it implies that a lottery winner cannot handle a lump sum of millions of dollars. Cash, I actually think you've provided a ton of interesting and useful information. What I'm referring to is the back forth bickering that has killed off a number of interesting topics. A quick scan of any of a variety of posts would indicate that you prefer cash option, and he prefers annuity. No need to debate that any further

I of course feel that the player should take the cash AND THEN buy an annuity if they really want one.It would also help if _all_ US lotteries abided by the 60-day rule in which the cash/annuity choice is made AFTER you win.

In reviewing many of the recent posts, it seems that regardless of the topic, someone mentions cash or annuity option, and that's followed by a back forth insult session between AnnuityIsGood and Cash Only, and then the topic dies.Maybe you guys can go back forth through Private Messages, rather than bring that argument to every jackpot and scratch game discussion.
