			<description><![CDATA[<p>To cotti47I use programs I wrote years ago using GWBasic before such programs were commercially availabe and have modified them over the years.  I also use Lotto Pro because its files can be read by a text editor and easily modified to be read by my programs.  Lotto Pro shows some of the same data with graphs, but I can manipulate the outputs of my programs to make them more useful to me. In all lotteries I have noticed that in the short run certain smaller combinations appear more than others and larger combinations seldom appear more than once, I use this information when picking perameters to limit my combinations selection.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>With my system I use data from previous lottery drawings to pick my numbers.   I play all the possible numbers in the core combinations(the basic 5 or 6 number combination) so in a 649 game I would play at least 9-10 lines to cover all 49 numbers, however if the combinations included a bonus number, I would be a little more selective for that one number.   I have never won a jackpot with this system, but I did match 5 of 6 in Ohio649P last year.  That is the best I have done so far, and overall</p>]]></description>
