			<description><![CDATA[<p>NY tried something like this in the 1980s (although it was modeled on the Puerto Rico lottery because of the PR population in NYC.) The brochures were bilingual, although for those of us unfamiliar with the play style, the explanations were NOT very good (eg, winning by having a ticket +1 or -1 vs the drawn number(s). The NY Lottery did this only ONCE.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I played this lottery while I lived in Spain. It&#x27;s alot more entertaining than US lotteries. The christmas drawing is the big one. The jackpot reaches slightly over 1 billion. Everything pretty much shuts down while the drawings are on TV. There are a lot of winners. If you buy your tickets online, remember, sometimes they do run out of tickets for the July drawing, and they ALWAYS run out of tickets for the christmas drawing.
