Challenge Coming On??

I think for all of this excess tetosterone flying around..we DESERVE a challenge...To make everyone happy..post no more than 4 numbers per state per draw. Challenge should run for no less than 7 days because that way you get a TRUE picture of the poster's skill. The start date..you guys can figure that out...if not, try May 26th through June 1. That gives you one week to get your ducks in a row.
