			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottaz, hello there,in answer to your question- Missing Sets.  Some people will make, using the pair setup, several pairs and then add the highest single digit counter; the lowest single counter and anything in between that looks right. In other words, three digits or numbers make a set in pick 3. With the pair program you are looking for the best probable two numbers and go fishing for the third one to make this set.Hope that will clarify things for you.Teufellj</p>]]></description>
