			<description><![CDATA[<p>I read there was/is a fairly recent movement for northern California (and southern Oregon) to become its own state. Of course, this is not the proper forum for that discussion, but, you have to wonder how lotteries would be affected if state lines were changed, added, or removed. After all, look at the many changes of international boundaries in just the last 15 years in eastern Europe.</p>]]></description>
