			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Picket31,The folks here are pretty great.  It takes time for them to track and wheel numbers for all states. What you have to do is keep track of  your  own state&#x27;s drawing (charting, etc.) Once  your homework is done you can narrow down your selections to play.  I use a 14 day draw system.  Once every 14 days total the numbers of hits for each digit and wheel them.  What you are looking for is the hot, trans. and cold digits (your hots digits will be the ones with the most hits to the lowest... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/69356/109201">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
