			<description><![CDATA[<p>I seem to remember Illinois  jumping the gun  and allowing at least one Big Game winner (after the 1998 change in Federal law allowing lotteries to give winners a 60-day window in which to choose cash or annuity) to collect their jackpot prize in lump sum, while it was a 5/50 + 1/25 game.The closest state to me, of the original six BG states, did not allow jackpot winners to choose cash until BG was changed to 5/50 + 1/36 in January 1999.Can anyone verify this for me?Remember that BG/now MM is r... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/69370">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
