Perry signed legislation basically saying the Texas Lottery Commission can adopt whatever games they choose and make any rule changes they deem necessary WITHOUT public input.  Public hearings on June 30th will be a farce and the public here in Texas can be damned for all the Legislature cares. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think I read an article here a few weeks ago that talked about MUSL and the Mega Millions Group putting on presentations for the Texas Lottery. Sounded from the article that MUSL (PB) had a better presentation.While it is true that MM is in the bigger population states, the fact that the jackpot has not grown that large since the new ball set started, may keep Texas away.
