			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd:I think you meant 6/59 ($1 per play.) The two drum format IMO should not be tried unless you&#x27;re going to pay EVERYBODY who matches only the bonus ball. Lotto Texas has a 52% prize return. TX is the same as NY in requiring the choice when you PLAY.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m sticking with my opinion: Texas should NEVER have gone with the bonus-ball format, and should have stuck with a 1/59 like NY (without the 40% prize return and annuity selection problems).  States like NJ are good models for lottery games.</p>]]></description>
