secret,part of being a good winner is that you think that far ahead. people that win the lottery have been given a gift IMO and that GIFT should be taken seriously. including the consequences AFTER you die. if one is smart, cares about people's welfare after their gone and are armed with a good estate tax attorney, they can minimize the people factor on behalf of their heir's. to me that is what kind of responsibility a gift like that bears. but how many think that way? unfortunately, not... I wouldn't necessarily consider that being Lucky if someone is subjected too such horrific and unfortunateincidents time after time like that.You never know when your Luck is going too run out and the next Freak accident kills you.Sounds too me like that's just what someone or something is trying too do I wouldn't wanttoo be him even with winning the money.
