You would be so lucky to win that, just like the person in Baltimore, MD. I am less than 45 mins from there. The person who won, I bet will take cash. Hey, if you won that much, why not hold off for annuity, unless you are in your 40s to 50s, then cash is best, if you don't have family, if you do, take annuity, you can always list a beneficiary. With annuity, the guy gets like $4.5 million a year.
