			<description><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone came forward that won?  Any new info?  I would imagine quite a few people actually won some nice money on a jackpot that high.  At least, I hope they did. I don&#x27;t actually know  what the tier prizes are and what they would actually pay out.  So, I would be interested in hearing what the actual payouts were. What is the feeling about there being  two winners?  (Or maybe a group of people  on a ticket)? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just an observation . . .The news story on this site said 3 million players won about 21.5 million in prizes.  That averages out to a little over $7 per person for the lower prizes!  No wonder the lottery is still going strong!Another factor is how many tickets were purchased and how many people actually played.
