Dolllie (three Ls?) Hot Lotto is played in six states that also sell PB. I would like to see Hot Lotto available in more MUSL/PB states, especially Connecticut or Pennsylvania. The closest to you is New Hampshire.You might want to e-mail CT tomorrow and ask if they are considering it.BTW, Hot Lotto is played exactly like PB, but of course on a smaller scale.
