I seem to get a better picture of the bell curve using excel's built-in graphing... I tried what you said with the 1/4 blocks but it turned out more like a scatter-plot than anything I could follow (keep in mind I have never been accused of being the sharpest tool in the shed...)For the powerball, I believe I have figured out when to play and skip #20... it's the other 41 numbers that foul up the system :-)thanks for that tip tho, with the charting in excel, it makes it easier to follow along w... [ More ]

I have managed to reduce my actual playing to 1 ticket for the Powerball with occasional success... but for the fun of it, I'd like to play around with generating wheels for the PB to get some practice using my other methods to pick DNs... what type of wheel would be best (how many numbers) that would return 42 lines, not counting the powerball (just the 5/53)?Even though the 53 numbers would fit well on the 42 lines, I'd like to be able to use less... but wheels are just not my specialty...... [ More ]
