			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd,And when MM started over a year ago they promissed average jackpots of $300+ Mil and they haven&#x27;t even cracked $200 Mil yet, let alone average that much. PB has been past $200 Mil twice since they changed.I just feel that so many people in Texas will play MM every week that it will lead to more hits, rather than more rollovers.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe that when the BG changed to MM and the matrix was changed, they put enough  wiggle  room in to handle the states that came in at that time and a state the size of TX or CA.
