			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you have never downloaded a copy of Loto Pro on your computer, than you can download the lastest version from its website for free. If you downloaded an earlier version and didn&#x27;t buy it, you will have to pay for an update. If you bought an earlier version and can&#x27;t get the updated version to work, e-mail the support section of the website and they will e-mail the code to enter to make the newer version work.
