			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah same here.  It finally reached the $5 million mark after the last time it was at $5 million someone won it so it didn&#x27;t matter much.  And then when it was at $3 million and change someone hit it.  So hopefully this is actually a WINFALL this time.  It has been a long time.  The last time I bought WINFALL tickets was when it was at that $5,000,000.  That is probably why it takes so long to get it back to the 5 million. Brad</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s one reason why I don&#x27;t play Windfall very much, if I do, I only play it when it get&#x27;s $5 million.  If you happen to win 3 numbers, you can times it by 10 times the amount that it&#x27;s at before it gets to $5million.  So, if 3 numbers is $5.00, you can get $50.00 for 3 numbers and so on. It&#x27;s pretty good amount for a $1.00 if you win that is.   I like Mega Millions better though, it&#x27;s more fun to play and to chose my own numbers to pic each day.</p>]]></description>
