			<description><![CDATA[<p>that would be a tough one to call for example: on a three number draw you start off with 50% even   50% odd numbers if the 1st draw is a even number that would leave you with a 55.6% odd and a 44.4% even mix.  If the second draw is also a even number that would leave the mix for the third ball at 62.5% odd and a 37.5% even.  the odds become higher that a odd ball would be the third.  if you track the draws you might find that 2 odds and 1 even or 2 even   1 odd come up more times than straight e... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/73303/129569">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
