			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t know if you can get a cd, but this software is good for the Pic 3.  I have used it for years.  It is the ONLY software that I bought and it paid for itself the first week I got it.  I checked the site, yes you can order over the phone or by mail  so yes there is a Cd for it.  It is exceptionally good software and the price is very cheap and their lifetime upgrades are a good deal.</p>]]></description>
