			<description><![CDATA[<p>you still have the same chance of winning any one division as a full system ticket except you don&#x27;t have to pay the full pricethe advantage of having a full system is that you are playing EVERY combination of a set of numbers. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>1000 would be alot to play on a wheel more than i&#x27;ve ever spent on any one drawing. but i do agree that excluding numbers can definately result in a decrease in your odds of a jackpot win. same with covering all the powerball/mega numbers with the same set of white balls vs playing a larger number of white combinations on only 1-3 powerball/mega numbers. if your powerball choice comes up then having a large number of white ball combo&#x27;s really increase your odds of winning but if it doesnt then y... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/74553/136335">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>often i have considered wheeling systems to actually hinder your chances of winning the jackpot  for example one could play a 40 number wheel lets say for example and the cost is $1000 now it takes just 1 of those left over 9 numbers to not be in your wheel of 40 in which case leaves 1000 combinations without a chance at a jackpot win! if you were to play 1000 quickpicks every combination has a chance of becoming a jackpot winning ticket no matter what numbers are drawn! in conclusion of this i</p>]]></description>
