I'll tell you what is the best thing to do for VA pick 3,,,Take three ziplock bags, write 0-9 on pieces of paper and fold them up in to each bag.Shake the bag until carpril tunnel sets in your arms and pick one piece of paper from each bag. Write the numbers down.Do it again and again until exhauasted and hope for the best.

Hi, Joy, it has been a long time we don't talk. Nice to see you. You are absolutely right about Lucky. Although I also like LarryG, RickG, Lee has some good pair predictions. I like Lucky's one up and one down system. Larry's rundown, which I really don't remember how it goes. I am not familiar with DaveLibra's. lottogenie,That's a tough question. I like state-specific picks rather than all-state predictions. And with that in mind, I like Larry G., Libra Dave and Lucky for IL predictions. I don't know how they do in other states, but their state-specific picks work here.
