			<description><![CDATA[<p>Result Of Wheeling BEST Numbers From 100 QuickPick Tickets?!This question made no sense to me.  Define Best and how many of them vs. the 100 QuickPick?  If best means  hot  they guarantee a loss.  If best means a group of numbers from which the winning numbers will come from, then a proper wheel would guarantee a minimum result while there is no number of Quick Picks that can guarantee any prize.
