			<description><![CDATA[<p>Oh the old doubles, sometimes there red hot, just look at Texas lately, and sometimes there ice cold. It&#x27;s not uncommon to see them go in a long drought, when they are stay away from them untill they show. Once Washington finally produces a double, jump on them. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Singles come 72% of the time and doubles fall 27% of the time. Triples are just 1%. Meaning, a double is usually due after 3 or 4 singles, so a double is due in Washington.</p>]]></description>
