smart move, he gets 2 thirds of the jackpot versus 1/2 the jackpot if he only bought one ticket.

Its true though with Texas joining in the near future, the number of players is catching up to the odds of winning the jackpot. I would be very suprised if Mega Millions does not expand their matrix after Texas joins. Sure the more players will mean bigger rollovers but it also means more combinations will be bought and lower chances of long jackpot runs.Brad

WOW. Three tickets won the jackpot tonight. I'm really dissappointed at MegaMillions. Ever since they changed the rules it seems that the jackpot will never get to the levels it used to before. Well, congratulations to the people who won.
