Hello Acronym007,I think the 2 laws you mentioned that Playlot.com is violating does not apply to them. Since they are not really official lottery agents.Really they are just acting like the middle man providing a service for someone who lives outside of the region.Like me saying to my friend here is $10 go buy me a quick pick.Basically Playlot grabs your entries and money and goes to an official lottery agent and buys your tickets.Thats how I see it anyway.Regards,Irvin.Many happy lotto wins to... [ More ]

I was asking you how to design a website bro, I was asking you what insight you had as to why the things they do are legal for them. I hope you do know I was joking about the 007 thing. LOL. Are you the owner or part owner of the playlot sites

I do know how it's done, but that kind of information is too expensive to give out. I'm sure there's a LOT of people who'd like to know. (Ever notice all the amateur sites that come go?)Oh, sorry about the missing 007

Todd, you have insulted me, you forgot the 007 at the end of my screen name. I'm teasing. LOL. No offense taken either way. I have done some research and these are things that I have found studying law in various states. Sorry you don't agree but if you like you can contact some people I have contacted, they will concur with this. As i sit there talking legalities with them, we ponder how they ciurcumvent the system, what are they doing differently to be exempted. If you know how they do it, ple... [ More ]

acronym,The points you're making shows me that you haven't done a lot of legal research in this area. This is certainly not an insult, but just something that is important because it is very complex. In fact, too complex to discuss here. Suffice to say, your two points above really don't have a bearing on their service for several reasons. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just enjoy the fact that you can enjoy the service online - I do.

I won a small amount also, but how can you say it's the real deal without knowing one large winner. I'm not waiting for anything other than confirmation that this can be trusted and I think it's premature for me or to say so without knowing a real winner. You see, I figure once someone hits the jackpot we'll see what kind of laws they will hide behind to protect ownership in the ticket. They state on their website they own a 1% share, that means alot more than you might think. I know 2 laws they... [ More ]

No, it's not a scam - it's the real-deal. I won 3+1, and the prize ($100) was instantly in my account. If you're waiting for a jackpot winner, that's like waiting for one particular store to sell a jackpot winner - you might have a good wait in front of you.
