On Dec 4th, the green ball was selected and Illinios players had the chance to win twice for the price of one. It was so coincidenal that the pick 3 number was 344 and the second pick was 998. If I had played Jazzy bar system I would have won twice.Let's hope other states follow Illinios' lead.
