not if their friends turned in the tickets.all retailers dont do this i can tell which ones do. ive learned to detect lottery fraud a long time ago sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!1i was once part of it

can any of this help with winning any of the lottery games??????we keep jumping between scratch off tickets. and lottery games.MY real interest is mm or 6/49, but would also be interested in any othe games if possible to win .if you can put it together for the big jp great.

at that time, you couldnt tell which individual ticket held a hightier prize . only the complete pack. and yes, it not only had to be activated, the managers social security number had to be used to get to that stage of the menu screen. from there you would activate pack/then check pack value/then confirm activation with re-entering the managers social security number.

but the tickets do have to be activated first, right?Technically, there is not usually a ban on retailers playing lottery games... but this sounds different...My grandparents called them rip-offs, apparently for good reason

between 300 and 80,00 thousand dollars. when i saw a good pack being held back i told them id buy it and they grudgingly sold it to me and i scractched off 1500.00 dollars and i spent 250.00 dollars for the pack!!!!!!!111

i know the formula they use and the store i worked at used a software they used to scan the scratchoff pack and the lotto machine told them how much the pay-off would be on each pack.......before they placed it under the glass for customers. if it was paying off big, it wouldnt make it to the public. they would buy the pack for themselves.
