			<description><![CDATA[<p>at that time, you couldnt tell which individual ticket held a  hightier  prize . only the complete pack. and yes, it not only had to be activated, the managers social security number had to be used to get to that stage of the menu screen. from there you would activate pack/then check pack value/then confirm activation with re-entering the managers social security number.</p>]]></description>
