Something else I've tried, is to reverse either the julian number or the previous winning number or both. For exampleOnario Pick 3 winning number Sat. sure, everyone can share in the quest for the pick 3, it shouldn't be some guarded secret like the jackpot games ;-)3/9 clusters seem to work for PA... someone else would need to do this for the data in another state, so far 51 out of 9100 is not so hot, but it is better than the other things I have looked at...

just simple excel formulas, once the formula is written (an IF test to prdvent carrying the 1 in the thousands column) it's simply a matter of autofill, took longer to type the IF statement than to fill and recalculate all 10 steps in the rundown, then another IF statement to see if any of the rundowns matched the drawing... if so they put an X in a column... then just countif the x's :-)simple to a fault, I still don't know how to test for BOX hits, so right now I'm just finding the straight hi... Emily, I think all the lotteries are different. You have to play around a little bit to see what fits best in your lottery.You might even look into it for the 4 digit by fiddling.

Folks, this is the new Julian form.........it will print on one page in portrait style.....just highlight the selection......left click and drag over the whole form.
