the gail howard software was where i got this idea from i contacted them about optimizing to the average sum because when i used the 3 from 6 from 49 wheel normally over the course of my lottery it managed a few pick 4s however i optimized it by best average sum and the results were amazing but as i say when i contacted them they said it would take a crays supercomputer months to get even a 16 number wheel perfectly optimized for the best average sum so i thought there may be another software wh... The Gail Howard wheeling software is the only one I've seen that will optimize the combinations toward the average sum based on game size. Selecting a game size not your own can alter the target, but you can't pick a specific sum to target. I agree with Maryland on Lottery Director's Free Wheeling, it's a very good wheeling program and it will sort combiations by sums.

Lotto Pro has a lot of wheels full, abbreviated, and key number. You can then filter your wheel by a sum range and odd/even numbers. You can then also print your playslips directly from Lotto Pro.
