Hello Lotto Buddies-Today in SC the midday Pick 4 number was 0004. I know that as far as quads 0000, 4444, or 8888 usually follow this particular sum. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions and/or advice on how to possibly predict the number that will follow this number. I know with the pick 3 game doubles usually follow a triple (000), however I'm uncertain with the pick 4 games. I appreciate all the advice that you can give. Thank you in advance
