thanks bob , i tried typing in numbers over 49 and it doesnt let you so i know all the numbers are under that it also doesnt let you save an empty line, but it does let you put a higher number in front of a lower number so perhaps this could be the case, the only problem is checking , inow have 845 draws to check. is there a quick way

Look for a line with two of the same numbers like 11-14-11-29-45-48 ora number that is above 49, typing mistakes kinda things.

when i try to open the draw history it keeps telling me that theres an invalid row value does this mean i have made a mistake with one of the entries i have added to the database or is it something else

clipper= ive started putting the entries in through the program ,upto 300 at the moment but have done little tests every 50 draws and considering you can cover 48 numbers for 8 ive had quite a few 3 from 6 , no more than that yet though, but its alot cheaper than playing some of the wheels ive seen, plus its more fun having all the numbers on your tickets!!best of luck everyone

Paul= Reopen the Zip file you got as the download and overwrite the software you have. When you do the Cracker.dat file will be replaced by the original file and you can open the software.retxx = I really dont think this Lottery Cracker software can be used for either the Pick 3 or Pick 4 as it has entry places for 7 entries plus the BB ball. You might check into some other software that specializes in Pick 3 or 4. I have my own personal software designed specifically for my way of track... [ More ]

clipper=perhaps the only way is to input through the program rather than notepad, its ok for me because its uk lottery but dont know about other lotteries, but now i cant even open the program because of this message and ive even deleted the entries i made , but it still wont open

I dont think you would need the entire 800 entries to set tracking up that would be sufficient for your needs. I've found when tracking Pick 3 that I only need about 30 daily combinations to set up enough information to be able to track those digits. Sixty is even better but really dont need anything more then that to be able to set tracking up for Pick 3.For this reason, I dont think you would need all 800 entries to set a database up for your purposes. is there a quicker way of entering the draw numbers for lottery cracker when i downloaded it there were 125 entries already made i think, i tried typing in the uk results but you need to type them in draw by draw, there have been over 800 draws so far, surely there must be a quicker way if anyone can help.thanks all

What I did was edit a Ohio649P file using Notepad to look like the original Cracker.dat file but with different data, saved it as Cracker.dat in the same directory which replaced the original Cracker.dat file. Each line is a record and has to look like the old records. (1,9,12,20,31,49,10) - the 10 is a bonus number and the only control character in each record is chr$(13) or <enter> (carriage feed) at the end.RJOh

RJOH = Yep...I saw the 3 DAT files and figured the DIY and WHEEL had something to do with wheeling . It's the Cracker.dat file that I cant seem to get changed to work.I tried opening the Cracker.dat file up with Notepad, deleted all the information there and put in 1 game of 6 digits with Bonus Ball. Cant open the Show Draws without getting a Subscript out of range error

Clipper,My copy of Cracker have three data files, Cracker,Diywheel and Wheel49. The last two are wheeling data files. Diywheel is for a wheel with two key numbers and Wheel49 is for a wheel with no key numbers. The program was written for the UK 649, but it will use any data from a 649 lottery that is in the Cracker.dat file the same way as long as it looks like the original data. Paulp = Im still trying to figure out how to change that database myself! I tried entering 1 game, opening the DAT file, deleted all entries and tried executing the software. While the software did open and was able toAdd and entry when I clicked Show Draws I got an error message regards Subscript out of range ?There are a couple of other DAT files in the software and Im wondering if something has to be changed in them as well? thanks alot BobP i downloaded the lottery cracker, is it possible to add uk 6/49 data to it though? as one of the filters is check against previous draws. also is there any other software that is like this but with more filter options? i also thought 6/49 sum avg. was 150 but this says 153, unless this is because of the bonus. uk 6/49 has 1 bonus number.thanks again BobPall the best everyone

Paul, the part of Lottery Cracker you want to work with doesn't use or need draw data. Just click on FULL SELECTION and you'll see what I mean. The UK 6/49 may draw a bonus number, but the plays are six numbers just like ours.BobP

Thanks hypersonig and RJOH.....will give that a try. Tried opening the Cracker.dat file but was unable to and was told could open with a Corel program that I dont have. Also will look into Notepad to open it <G>Doubt you can change the basics of it for what numerical sequence it will recognize though so will have to stick to something 49 or less. Mega Millions has 52 numbers although the Texas Lotto only has 49 <G

Clipper, I download a copy of Lottery Cracker and was able to replace the Cracker.dat file with Ohio649P text file by eliminating the 0 's and replacing the spaces with commons as separators and saving it as cracker.dat in the same directory. The program only use one data file, so if you are going to use it for more than one lottery you have to rewrite the data file each time.RJOh

Clipper, the drawing file is called CRACKER.DAT, which you can open with notepad. I am not sure if it is even possible to alter the matrix, but you CAN change the data in this file.

Looked at the Lottery Cracker and it has some limitations for the 6/49 game. One being....it calls for 7 digits PLUS the Bonus Ball....not 6 to include the Bonus Ball. Has a nice wheeling capability though lolHave tried to figure out how to easily remove the Database information there but so far havent found a one click yet. Actually there is a way to cut the 49 numbers down to 18 <G> When I first started tracking Lottery in Texas we didnt have Pick 3 so all my tracking was done with Pick 6 and it was 6 out of 50. Now we have the 6/49 (6th number being a Bonus Ball).I developed a system after studying the numbers for a thorough understanding of them and what is more likely to play, etc. You can effectively reduce the 49 digits to 18 to wheel if you know what to look for. This is my plan for the soon-to-be Match 6 (6/49) in Pennsylvania... I set aside $18 (it's $2 per one line of 6 numbers, 9 lines x 6 numbers = 54 numbers, cover all 49 PLUS 5 of my personal lucky numbers twice...). Since there is no history, I will just select ALL of the numbers, grouped at random, perhaps with a normalized distribution.... then just hope that something lines up, they give 2 extra Quick Pick lines per line you play.
