lets give her>ms battle the benifit of a possibility she is telling the truth>we have enough tech in america to help find the real winner.maybe mrs. jameson husband found the ticket/maybe she went to her mothers first to decide a plan??? maybe jameson is the scam.?????time will tell the truth. and our good american system.

supposedly the ticket belongs to a woman who once dated pete rose (lol). i read where the woman who lost the ticket has proof that it is/was hers. that the ticket bears the numbers of birthdays and ages of family members. that could be a coinc-a-dink. however her best claim was that she supposedly has a receipt that shows that she bought the ticket at the exact same time as the winning ticket was sold.it could get ugly.another lesson in the keep your food hole shut and move as fast as possi... I read the lawyer had scheduled a press conference to offer a reward to anyone that turn the ticket in to him or his client, but I guess that plan is abandoned and it's on to plan B (act like you don't know the crazy lady).RJOh

Well even if she did lose it....a lottery ticket is a bearer's instrument....if you happened to come apon a $162 million dollar ticket that you didn't buy all the best to ya you are that much richer. The only way you could prdvent losing your ticket is to make sure you sign the ticket right away after you buy it, then the person that cashes it in has to have the same signature that is on the back of that ticket. Maybe not Goldeneye. I say the woman who turned it in will be the true owner of the ticket and the other woman claiming to have lost it, is pulling a scam.

The woman who claimed to have lost the ticket is a LIAR!The real winner is Rebecca Jameson of South Euclid, OhioPress conference just finished. I'm sure Todd will have all the details later.

Somebody just claimed the grand prize this morning. But the general public has to wait until 11:30 EST today to find out whether it was the woman who said that she lost it or if it was someone else.
