			<description><![CDATA[<p>supposedly the ticket belongs to a woman who once dated pete rose (lol). i read where the woman who lost the ticket has  proof  that it is/was hers.  that the ticket bears the numbers of birthdays and ages of family members.  that could be a coinc-a-dink.  however her best claim was that she supposedly has a receipt that shows that she bought the ticket at the exact same time as the winning ticket was sold.it could get ugly.another lesson in the keep your food hole shut and move as fast as possi... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/79245/163705">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well even if she did lose it....a lottery ticket is a bearer&#x27;s instrument....if you happened to come apon a $162 million dollar ticket that you didn&#x27;t buy all the best to ya you are that much richer.  The only way you could prdvent  losing  your ticket is to make sure you sign the ticket right away after you buy it, then the person that cashes it in has to have the same signature that is on the back of that ticket.
