...but on a more serious note, on the evening of December 25th, 2002, I remember buying my tickets for the drawing. Am I sad that a portion of the four dollars that I spent on that drawing went to Jack Whittaker?...not really. I took a chance that evening, just as I do for every Powerball drawing. When J.W. woke up in the parking lot of the Pink Pony strip club in August, with the engine of his SUV running, it sounded like a simple case of alien abduction. Someone in this Forum made a comment that a Higher Power decides who wins a Jackpot if that's the case then a MAJOR mistake was made with Mr.Whittaker who since day one of winning has been in the News for doing Negative things.Yes he has set up a Foundation to help Kids but that's no excuse to do wrong but the way I seeit a Higher Power had nothing to do with him or anyone else winning so he can do whatever he wants GOOD or BAD.
