I don't want to offend some people by having you copy their ideas, but i think that some of the best RNGs are those that can randomly produce numbers within certain given parameters and that are very flexible and that can be used for any lottery game, even pick3, pick4, Texas two step, cash5 and any and all of the Pick6 and pick7 games with and without bonus numbers.As to the certain given parameters, well they are the same things that are included on some lotto wheels and programs, they are fil... MSWINSCK.OCX? sound like a network program writen in vbi think the both of you should goto a dos prompt (click start -> run -> type cmd in the run window then click okat the dos prompt you should type netstat -n to see what connections you have.lotterypost is 216.119.124.159 on port 80 so you can safely ignore that i.p.

Hi.I Just tried your program it needed MSWINSCK.OCX, i used GOOGLE to find it and Downloaded it into the same directory as the program and got it to work.Your program give 14 tries before it quits working, it's a very sinple Random number generator, seeing as there are several free and better RNGS out there, i don't think that you'll be able to sell yours as it is right now.An improvement would be to set a number range and or to give specific numbers for the program to use for everyone of the si...
