			<description><![CDATA[<p>MSWINSCK.OCX? sound like a network program writen in vbi think the both of you should goto a dos prompt (click start -&#x3e; run -&#x3e; type cmd in the run window then click okat the dos prompt you should type netstat -n to see what connections you have.lotterypost is 216.119.124.159 on port 80 so you can safely ignore that i.p.</p>]]></description>
