			<description><![CDATA[<p>retxx... click the start button, then click  RUN  and typemsconfigWhen the box pops up, go to the tab on the far right, this is a list of all programs scheduled to start when windows starts... each has a checkbox by it... uncheck a box to disable the program from starting up with windows.Also START|PROGRAMS|START UP contains programs that also auto-start, just right click and delete them from START UP, this will still leave the program intact, just skips the auto start</p>]]></description>
