Finaly got the info:after many months got in touch with OHIO info;there are 14 dif machines used for the pic 3 and 4 games, they take 7 machines out for each draw, and then the seven are put back and pulled out nex draw 7 again, always have 7 left. How they decide? 14 numbers put in shaker/ and what ever comes out says which ones to use first for pic 3/ then 4 total 7 machines. watched by 3 commitee, 1 state rep.so out of 14 to chose from each draw,can u win??green bucks to u
